Exhibitors Information
The international workshop NSS-8 is organized by the Center for Nanoscale Materials and the Advanced Photon Source of Argonne National Laboratory. The 3 ½ day conference will be held in the beautiful Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago from 28 to 31 July, 2014. About 200 to 250 scientists around the world specialized in nanoscience and nanotechnology are expected to present their work during the conference. Scientific instrumentations as well as products related to scanning probe microscopies, synchrotron applications, electrical, magnetic, and optical characterizations, electronic and other measurement systems will be of interest for the attendees. The exhibitor booth and show room will be located at the poster section and coffee breaks in order to maximize the interactions.
There are three categories available for exhibitors.
Category 1: Gold Sponsor
You can maximize your visibility as a Gold Sponsor of the conference. A maximum of only 5 Gold Sponsors is available and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Up to 3 booth spaces and an unlimited number of exhibitors are allowed. The company logo will be prominently advertised on the front page of the conference website. All communication materials will highlight the company logo under the label ‘Gold Sponsors’. The beverages served in poster sessions and at least two coffee breaks will be used to advertise the Gold Sponsors. Up to four conference-dinner tickets will be provided.
Category 2: Silver Sponsor
A double booth space will be provided for Silver Sponsors. Up to 3 exhibitors are free of registration fee. The company logo will be posted on the main workshop website as a silver sponsor. At least a coffee break will be advertised with the sponsoring company. The fee includes the conference dinner for up to three exhibiters.
Category 3: Double booth exhibition
Includes the registration fee for two exhibitors. If more exhibitors wish to join than the allotted number, separate registration (as regular attendees) will be required. The fee does not include the conference dinner. After the registration, the company logo will be posted on the exhibitor section of the conference webpage.
Category 4: Single booth exhibition
Includes the registration fee for two exhibitors. If more exhibitors wish to join than the allotted number, separate registration (as regular attendees) will be required. The fee does not include the conference dinner. After the registration, the company logo will be posted on the exhibitor section of the conference webpage.
