Welcome!
The International Workshop on Nanoscale Spectroscopy and Nanotechnology is a biennial meeting series to share the information on latest research advances of science and technology in the nanometer regime. The scope includes (but is not limited to) electronic, optical, magnetic, mechanical and transport properties of nanoscale systems and nanoscale devices, as well as nano manipulation.
Previous workshops were held in Trieste, Italy (NSS-1, 2000), Tokyo, Japan (NSS-2, 2002), Washington D.C., USA (NSS-3, 2004), Rathen, Germany (NSS-4, 2006), Ohio, USA (NSS-5, 2008), Kobe, Japan (NSS-6, 2010), and Zurich, Switzerland (NSS-7, 2012).
NSS-8 will be attended by leading scientists from around the world. So far, the resident countries of the attendees include: Austria, Czech, Germany, France, India, Italy, S. Korea, Japan, The Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Sweden, UK, and USA.
